I placed my order on 15 April 2026 for Dr Neubauer ABS 3 coating (Black 2.2mm / 1.5mm) under Order #1293, but it has still not arrived.
The tracking number provided (61130899116292260) has not helped resolve the issue and I have not received clear updates on the delivery status. The delay has been very disappointing and has affected my ability to use the product as planned.
I expected better communication and a more reliable delivery experience. Until the order is delivered and the issue addressed, I cannot recommend purchasing based on my experience.
